How Can This Be Addressed?

We build our work upon project management fundamentals & this addresses these common problems. For example, we collaborate with our customers using an easy to understand web based project management platform for our projects.  They can see tasks, milestones and due dates.  We can swap ideas within the project.  We also have an online ticketing system for problem management.  This expedites support once the project is completed and follow-up work is required.
