“Our target audience is a combination of end clients, which could be anything from consumer packaged goods companies such as Kraft or Procter & Gamble, retailers such as Best Buy, Kohls, Kmart, media companies and gaming companies,” said CEO Katie Guillory. “Beyond that, our target audience is advertising agencies and we are often hired by the planner at the ad agency to work with them on research for a brand’s advertising.”
About Katie Guillory – Goldmine CEO: Katie has been involved with marketing research for more than nine years.
She was first bitten by the qualitative bug while working as a Research Manager at The Advertising Council. Since that time, she has developed her insightful and enthusiastic moderating style at a few qualitative research houses in Manhattan, including Hall and Partners USA, Inc.
In the Spring of 2003, she formed KG Research, Inc. in order to hone in on dynamic and interesting projects that utilize her skills as a strategic thinker and writer, as well as qualitative researcher.
Katie is a graduate of Harvard College, with a degree in Linguistics and German. 2007 marks the official launch of Gold Mine, a growing group of energetic and intelligent researchers who specialize in maximizing brands and advertising via consumer insight and understanding.
